Ceasarino grew up in a quiet apartment. Any loud sounds specially humans will put them at a very uneasy state.
They become disoriented and extremely unfriendly.
That’s also his personality. His foster mother told me he was skittish and the boss of the litter. Jerks over two years old and I still see it in his behavior. That’s why it seems inherent, like an allergic reaction.
